Recommended Reading on Fertility

Jani White is one of my favorite Chinese medicine fertility teachers — her lectures are always entertaining and now she has published a most needed (and yes, entertaining!) book. We see couples stressing about baby making and timing intercourse to ovulation. This book helps people put the fun back into baby making rather than having it be a chore.

Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or through IVF, the quality of your eggs has a powerful effect on how long it takes you to get pregnant and whether you face an increased risk of miscarriage.
